If you are in an alliance that controls at least 1 city/territory you are able to utilize the 300% reinforcement march speed boost. The way this works is that you reinforce a HQ from another player from your alliance in the direction where you are headed and after you arrive there you continue to the desired destination. Use this at all times to maximize troop usage.

Cases when this works:

• When starting from your own HQ
• When you are travelling to a HQ or city that is on alliance territory
• When you are stationed outside of alliance territory but travelling to a HQ that is inside of it
• When your HQ and the reinforcement HQ are inside capitol zone

Cases when this doesn’t work:

• When your troops are already out of your HQ
• When you are reinforcing a HQ outside of alliance territory
• When the reinforcement HQ is stationed inside the capitol zone and your HQ is not in it as well

It is also possible to use alliance owned cities to reinforce. These are specifically useful if chasing an unearth treasure or trying to travel really long distances. If the desired location where you want to go is in the middle of your HQ and the city or friendly HQ that you are reinforcing, you are able to cut the reinforcement as soon as you are close to your destination.
